About Brian
Brian Gaffney attended Grief to Grace MN in August 2019 with the intention of understanding more about how his personal experience history predisposed him to react in ways which, at times, negatively impacted his closest relationships. Having begun his recovery work in September 2004 in a comprehensive program for anger and relationship issues recovery, he was eventually teaching these recovery skills in the same program that had saved his personal life from impending disaster. But fourteen years on, he felt that there was still more internal healing work he needed to do. The Grief to Grace MN retreats have opened the doors to experiencing these next steps in personal healing.

Brian retired in 2012 from career in imaging systems technology, where he was in capital equipment sales to the printing industry. At the age of 54, he took over as Minnesota director for the program that brought him through the first steps in his healing journey. Also an avid D.Y.I. auto repair hobbyist, his days are often spent helping people he knows to repair, maintain and replace their vehicles. Brian and his wife have 4 children and currently have 14 grandchildren.
